摘 要:无线温湿度记录仪或无线温度记录仪是目前医疗行业验证药品储存箱、冰箱、灭菌器及生化培养箱等设备的温度、湿度参数性能的重要仪器,其准确性直接影响了实验或生产设备的性能判断。所以,对无线温湿度记录仪进行周期性校准必不可少。本文参考温度采集仪校准规范和湿度传感器校准规范,提供了一种校准方法,利用标准铂电阻和冷镜式露点仪作为标准器,实现了无线温湿度记录仪的量值溯源。对实验结果进行分析,验证了此实验方法的可行性。Wireless temperature and humidity recorder or wireless temperature recorder is one of the most important instrument for verifying the temperature and humidity parameter performance of medicine storage box,refrigerator,sterilizer,biochemical incubator and other equipment in the medical industry.The accuracy of the recorders directly affects the performance judgment of experimental or production equipment.Therefore,it is necessary to calibrate the wireless temperature and humidity recorder periodically.A calibration method according to temperature acquisition instrument and temperature and humidity sensor calibration specification was provided in this paper.Using standard platinum resistance and cold mirror the dew-point meter as main standard,implements the w ireless temperature and humidity recorder quantity traceability.The experimental results are analyzed and the feasibility of this method is verified.
