摘 要:采用热丝脉冲TIG工艺在925A材质的复杂表面堆焊Inconel625合金,在凹角及平面处均获得了平坦、连续、无缺陷的堆焊层。堆焊接头消应力热处理后,通过弯曲试验、硬度试验、金相试验、点腐蚀试验及化学成分测量,对堆焊接头及堆焊层进行了分析。结果表明,堆焊焊接接头力学性能符合设计及相关标准的要求,堆焊层与基体、堆焊层的层间均熔合良好,且在堆焊层的2 mm和3 mm处的稀释率均较低,堆焊层耐腐蚀性能够满足要求。Overlapped beads of Inconel 625 were successfully deposited on the complex surface of 925A with hot wire pulsed TIG process,the welding layer was rather flat and free from cracks and other defects at concave angles and flat surfaces.After post-weld heat treatment of welding joints,the welded joints and welding layer were subjected to analyzing including the bending test,the harness test,microstructure test,pitting corrosion resistance test,and chemical composition measurement.The results showed that the mechanical properties of the surfacing joints met the design requirements and the requirements of related standards.There was a good fusion between the surfacing layers,the substrate and the surfacing layer.The dilution rate at 2mm and 3mm of the welding layer was relatively low,and the corrosion resistance of welding layer met the requirements.
