摘 要:针对镁合金电位负、易发生腐蚀的特性,拟通过深冷处理来改善其耐腐蚀性。首先将AZ31镁合金分别置于-150℃、-170℃、-190℃等3种深冷温度下,均保温6 h,待深冷结束后采用失重法分别测试了不同温度下镁合金的腐蚀速率。同时,通过显微组织观测与X-RD衍射分析,探讨了深冷处理对镁合金耐腐蚀性的影响。试验结果显示,深冷处理可显著提高镁合金的耐腐蚀性,温度越低,耐腐蚀性越好,其中经过-190℃深冷处理后的镁合金耐腐蚀性最佳;深冷处理可以细化晶粒,降低内部电阻的不平衡性,因此提高了镁合金的耐腐蚀性;此外,深冷处理过程中析出的第二相粒子β-Mg 17 Al 12,对镁合金的耐腐蚀性起到了机械阻挡的作用。Aimed at the potential of magnesium alloy being negative and easy to be corroded,its corrosion resistance was intend to be improved by cryogenic treatment.Firstly,AZ31 magnesium alloy was kept at cryogenic temperature-150℃,-170℃and-190℃for 6 hours,and after cryogenic treatment,the corrosion rates of AZ31 magnesium alloy at different temperatures were measured by weight loss method.At the same time,the effect of cryogenic treatment on the corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy was discussed by microstructure observation and X-RD diffraction analysis.The results showed that cryogenic treatment could significantly improve the corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy,the lower the temperature was,the better the corrosion resistance was.The corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy after cryogenic treatment at-190℃was the best;Cryogenic treatment could refine the grain and reduce the imbalance of internal resistance,so the corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy was improved;In addition,the second phase particlesβ-Mg 17 Al 12 precipitated during cryogenic treatment played a mechanical barrier to the corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy.
