摘　　要：对一株滇重楼内生真菌的代谢产物进行了研究,以期发现口山酮类化合物。固体发酵产物用乙酸乙酯萃取,经硅胶柱层析和MCI树脂吸附色素,各组分利用半制备高效液相色谱分离、纯化,再经质谱、核磁谱数据鉴定化合物结构。研究结果表明:从发酵产物中分离获得12个口山酮类化合物,所选菌株的代谢产物中存在口山酮类化合物。In order to discover xanthenes,the metabolites of an endophytic fungus from Paris polyphylla Smith var.yunnansensis were studied.The solid fermentation product was extracted with ethyl acetate,and the pigment was adsorbed by silica gel column chromatography and MCI resin.Each component was separated and purified by semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography,and then the compound structure was identified by mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic spectrum data.The result show that 12 xanthenes were isolated from fermentation products.The metabolites of the selected strains contained xanthenes.
