摘  要:由于代谢通路的分析研究能够有效反映有机体在不同环境下的代谢反应,通过气相色谱质谱联用技术(gas chromatography-mass sepetrometry,GC-MS)方法测定和比较了云南省5个地区大绒鼠血清与肝脏的代谢通路,结果显示:血清和肝脏中三羧酸循环和牛磺酸和低牛磺酸代谢的代谢通路活性均较高,血清中糖酵解的代谢通路活性较肝脏低。这些结果表明:云南省不同地区的大绒鼠可能通过不同代谢通路的调节来适应不同的环境温度和海拔。其中,三羧酸循环和牛磺酸和次牛磺酸代谢通路可能较为适合后续的深入研究。The analysis of metabolic pathways can effectively reflect the metabolic reactions of organisms in different environments.Gas chromatography mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was used to determine and compare the changes of metabolites in serum and liver of Eothenomys miletus in five regions of Yunnan Province.The results showed that the activities of TCA cycle and Taurine and hypotaurine metabolism in serum and liver were higher,while the activities of Glycolysis metabolism pathway activities in serum were lower than those in liver.The above results indicate that different metabolic pathways may be involved in the regulation of different environmental temperatures and altitudes in different areas in E.miletus of Yunnan Province.Among them,TCA cycle and Taurine and hypotaurine metabolic pathways are more suitable for further study.
