摘 要:采用组织分离法从江西乐平市采集的苦瓜枯萎病植株中分离病原菌,对病原菌进行了形态学鉴定、分子生物学鉴定和致病性测定;另采用菌丝生长速率法对7种杀菌剂进行了筛选。试验结果表明:导致乐平市苦瓜枯萎病发生的病原为尖孢镰刀菌苦瓜专化型(Fusarium oxysporum Schl.f.sp.momordicae)。室内毒力试验结果表明99%噁霉灵、50%多菌灵对苦瓜枯萎病菌具有显著的抑制作用,其EC_(50)值分别为0.0352、0.3037 mg/L;而50%异菌脲的抑制作用最弱,其EC_(50)值为419.0041 mg/L。推荐99%噁霉灵、50%多菌灵为江西省苦瓜枯萎病的防治药剂。The tissue isolation method was used to isolate the casual agent that caused Fusarium wilt of Leping City,Jiangxi Province.The pathogen was isolated based on the morphological features,molecular biology and pathogenicity test,and 7 fungicides were screened by the mycelium growth rate method.The results showed that pathogen was confirmed as Fusarium oxysporum Schl.f.sp.momordicae.The results of laboratory toxicity test showed that 99%hymexazol and 50%chlorothalonil had significant inhibitory effect on the pathogen of Fusarium wilt,and the EC_(50) values were 0.0352 and 0.3037 mg/L,respectively.The 50%iprodione had the weakest inhibitory effect,and its EC_(50) value was 419.0041 mg/L.Hymexazol and chlorothalonil were recommended as the optimal fungicides for Fusarium wilt of bitter gourd in Jiangxi Province.
