摘 要:研究了EDTA与EM复合菌剂配施,对铜、铅复合污染下黑麦草种子萌发、生长及重金属吸收的影响。以黑麦草种子为材料,用水培方法研究了EDTA与EM配合使用对铜、铅胁迫下黑麦草芽长、根长、种子萌发、总酚和类黄酮、重金属铜、铅含量的影响。结果表明:EDTA与EM合理配施,可显著促进黑麦草生长,提高发芽率,促进总酚、类黄酮含量的积累,从而达到更好地修复重金属铜、铅的效果。综合各项指标分析可知,EM 100倍液+EDTA 2.5 mmol/L配合处理的效果最佳,EDTA浓度达到6 mmol/L时则会抑制黑麦草生长。In order to explore the effects of combined application of EM microbial agent and EDTA on the seed germination,growth and heavy metal absorption of ryegrass under copper,lead combined pollution.The seeds of ryegrass were taken as materials,and the effects of combined application of EM and EDTA on the germinal length,root length,seed germination,phenolics,flaviods and copper and lead content of ryegrass under copper,lead combined pollution were studied by hydroponics culture method.The results showed that the growth of ryegrass was significantly promoted.Germination rate was increased,and the accumulation of total phenolics and flavonoids were promoted.Thus a good repair effect of heavy metal copper,lead was obtained.The optimum combination(100 times EM+2.5 mmol/L EDTA)was proposed based on comprehensive analysis.When EDTA concentration was more than 6 mmol/L,the growth of ryegrass was inhibited.
