摘  要:针对盘式异步磁力耦合器的转速调控问题,以一台18极16槽的开槽型盘式磁力耦合器(SAAMC)为研究对象,基于等效磁路(MEC)法,结合卡特系数并考虑三维端部效应,建立磁路计算模型,推导出电磁转矩公式,分别建立恒转矩负载、二次方率负载和恒功率负载工况下的调速关系解析模型。运用有限元软件模拟磁力耦合器的机械特性曲线、调速特性曲线及功率特性曲线,并结合不同负载的特性对磁力耦合器的调速性能进行分析,通过最大转矩点和最大功率点确定了三种工况下耦合器的调速范围及调速特性。最后,搭建恒转矩负载和二次方率负载的试验平台进行调速性能试验,所得试验值与理论计算值、仿真值较为一致。以上研究为开槽型磁力耦合器在调速系统中的智能调控提供了理论依据。In order to study the speed-control characteristics of axial-flux magnetic couplers,a slotted-type axial-flux asynchronous magnetic coupler(SAAMC)with 18 poles and 16 slots was used as the object.A magnetic equivalent circuit(MEC)model was established to analyze and calculate the torque characteristics.The Kart coefficient was introduced and the 3D end effect was taken into account.The speed-control relationship analytical models of constant torque load,quadratic rate load and constant power load were established.The mechanical characteristic curves,speed-control and power characteristic curves of the magnetic coupler were obtained by using the finite element analysis.Combined with the characteristics of different loads,the performances of speed-control of SAAMC were analyzed.And the speed regulation range and characteristics of the coupler under three types of loads are determined by the maximum torque point and the maximum power point.A test platform with constant torque load and quadratic load was built to verify theoretical calculation results and simulation results.The experimental results are consistent with those obtained by calculation and simulation.All of these provide a theoretical basis for the related research.
