摘 要:绿色建筑在关注节能减排等绿色性能和技术的同时,应注重传承当地文脉、延续场所精神,将建筑绿色性能与地域文脉相整合,鼓励绿色建筑地域化发展。从中华建筑文脉传承的视角,通过构建富含文脉要素的绿色建筑评价体系,选取经济发达地区绿色建筑示范项目进行试评,并将文脉绿色建筑评价体系与《绿色建筑评价标准》进行比较分析,测评文脉绿色建筑评价体系的合理性,旨在进一步补充和丰富我国绿色建筑的内涵,并为目前建筑创作和设计的实践提供技术支撑。Green buildings should not only pay attention to green performance and technologies such as energy saving and emission reduction, but also pay attention to inheriting the local culture and the spirit of the place. The green performance of buildings should be integrated with the regional context to encourage the regional development of green buildings. This paper constructs an evaluation system with contextual elements for green building, and selects demonstration projects of green building in economically developed areas for trial evaluation. Through the comparative analysis of evaluation system with contextual elements and the ‘Assessment standard for green building’, the rationality of the evaluation system is evaluated. It aims to futher supplement and enrich the connotation of green building in China and provide technical support for revision the evaluation system with contextual elements.
