摘  要:结合开封恒大童世界国际会议中心花瓣钢结构工程,对空间异形双曲大管径钢管结构吊装技术进行研究。通过CAD绘图软件,建立三维实体模型,详细阐述空间异形结构吊点设置、吊装钢丝绳长度确定、高空测量定位及安装偏差分析等施工方法。实践证明,该施工方法安全可靠、经济可行,为空间异形结构安全吊装提供科学依据。Based on the petal steel structure project of Kaifeng Hengdatong International Conference Center, the hoisting construction technology of special-shaped hyperbolic large diameter steel tube structure is studied. Through the CAD drawing software, a 3 D solid model is built, the construction methods such as the setting of lifting point of special-shaped structure, the determination of the length of lifting steel wire rope, the location of high altitude measurement and the analysis of installation deviation are introduced in detail. The practice shows that the construction method is safe, reliable, economic and feasible, which provides scientific basis for the safety hoisting of special-shaped space structure.
