摘 要:转炉二次燃烧氧枪技术是一种可有效提高转炉废钢比的清洁热补偿技术。介绍了转炉二次燃烧氧枪的原理、分类及工业应用研究进展,并对二次燃烧氧枪技术进行了深入研究。研究结果表明,采用二次燃烧氧枪加补热剂的单转炉废钢比达到41.6%的条件下,可使转炉终点温度达到1598℃,脱磷率为92.9%;与双流道二次燃烧氧枪相比,单流道二次燃烧氧枪只需将普通氧枪喷头更换为二次燃烧氧枪喷头,无需对原有枪体进行改造,具有结构简单,投资少,见效快的优点,适合大生产推广应用。The oxygen lance technology for secondary combustion in a converter is a clean thermal compensation technology which can effectively improve the ratio of scrap for a converter.The principle,classification and research progress of industrial applications in terms of oxygen lances for secondary combustion in a converter were introduced and then the in-depth study on oxygen lance technology for secondary combustion was also carried out.So the study results demonstrated that the end point temperature of molten steel in the converter could reach up to 1598℃and dephosphorization rate was 92.9%provided that the ratio of scrap for a single converter was 41.6%after using secondary combustion oxygen lances together with adding concurrent heating agent.Comparing to using double channel secondary combustion oxygen lances,when using single channel secondary combustion oxygen lances,the just nozzles of conventional oxygen lances were required to be replaced by the nozzles of secondary combustion oxygen lances with no need of remoulding the lance bodies of original oxygen lances.Therefore the single channel secondary combustion oxygen lance is characterized by its simple structure,less investment and fast payback,which is suitable for large-scale production,popularization and application.
