摘 要:为了研究炼焦煤特性对焦炭粒度的影响,对鞍钢常用炼焦煤进行了炼焦试验分析和配煤炼焦试验优化研究,并在配煤炼焦生产中进行了试验应用。结果表明,不同变质程度的炼焦煤对焦炭冷热态指标及焦炭平均粒度指标的影响差异明显。试验条件下,焦煤成焦质量最好,粒度>40 mm的焦炭比例极高、达到90%以上,平均粒度在70 mm以上;调整鞍钢6 m焦炉用配煤方案,配入瘦焦煤10%,降低焦煤配比5%,停用瘦煤,能够使焦炭热态反应性降低2.1%,焦炭平均粒度提高1.8 mm,且焦炭粒度均匀性保持稳定。In order to study the effect of coking coal characteristics on coke particle sizes,the coking test analysis and optimization study on coal blending coking test for commonly used kinds of coking coal in Ansteel were carried out and then the experimental application was carried out during coal blending and coking.The study results showed that the effect of various coking coal with different metamorphic grades on indexes of cold and thermal states of coke and average particle size index of coke was obviously different.Under the test conditions,coking coal had the best quality of coke during coal-coking with 90 percent sky-high proportion of coke with its particle size of above 40 mm,and its average particle size was over 70 mm.Adjusting the coal blending scheme for 6 m coke oven in Ansteel by adding 10%lean coking coal,reducing the coking coal ratio by 5%and stopping the use of lean coal enabled the hot reactivity of coke to be reduced by 2.1%,and the average particle size of coke increased by 1.8 mm,while the uniformity of coke particle size was stable.
