摘 要:为了分析高炉炉缸内死料柱的悬浮高度及死料柱在特殊状态下对炉缸内铁水流动的影响,以1:12为模型比例,在实验室进行了3200 m^(3)高炉炉缸内铁水流动特性的水模实验研究。结果表明,高炉炉缸内死料柱的悬浮高度降低,炉缸内铁水流场分布均匀,混匀效果好,但铁水流速加快,在一定程度上加剧了流动铁水对炉底的冲刷侵蚀;当死料柱在炉缸内处于倾斜状态时,炉缸内死区体积比降低,混合区体积比增加,铁水流速增大,加剧了铁水对炉缸壁以及炉底的冲刷侵蚀,亦不利于高炉长寿。In order to analyze the hover-height of a dead-man in the hearth of a blast furnace(BF)hearth and the effect of the dead-man under special conditions on the hot metal flow in the hearth,the studies on the water model experiments in terms of the flow characteristics of molten iron in the hearth of the 3200 m^(3) BF according to the scale model of 1 to 12 ratio was carried out at the laboratory.The results showed that when the hover-height of a dead-man in the hearth of a BF was reduced,the flow fields of molten iron in hearth was evenly distributed,and the blending effect was good.However,the velocity of molten iron was accelerated,which aggravated the erosion of flowing molten iron against the furnace floor to a certain extent.What's more,when the dead-man was in an inclined state in the hearth,the volume ratio of the dead zone in the hearth decreased while the volume ratio of the blending zone increased,and thus the flow rate of molten iron increased,which aggravated the erosion of molten iron on the hearth wall and furnace floor and was also not conducive to the long service life of the BF.
