摘  要:鞍钢股份有限公司炼钢总厂三分厂为了降低转炉出钢温度,采取了优化保温层砌筑工艺、开发应用钢包的定位管理系统、优化钢包保温工艺等措施。采取上述措施后,中间包钢水过热度降低了5~10℃,转炉出钢温度降低了14℃,实现了低温出钢。In order to reduce the tapping temperature of molten steel from converter in No.3 branch of General Steelmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.,such measures as optimizing the insulation layer masonry technology,developing and applying the positioning management system of ladle and optimizing the ladle insulation technology were taken.After that,the degree of superheat of molten steel in tundish was reduced by 5~10℃and the tapping temperature of molten steel from converter was reduced by 14℃so that the goal of tapping at low temperature was achieved.
