区块链技术与供应链金融深度融合发展体系研究

摘　　要：供应链金融作为一种新型融资模式,可以解决中小企业融资难的问题,但进一步向纵深发展面临供应链信息化发展不均衡、核心企业信用无法跨级穿透等诸多问题和瓶颈。而区块链技术与供应链金融的深度融合有潜力突破这些瓶颈。本文总结了供应链金融的发展状况和主要模式,分析了当前存在的局限性及其成因,构建了实现区块链技术与供应链金融深度融合的发展体系框架。该体系框架以“增信→增效→增值”为价值进阶路线,以“两个深度融合”——运营模式深度融合与技术体系深度融合为发展方向。最后为实施相关保障举措提出了政策性建议。As a new financing model,the supply chain finance can solve the problem of difficult accessing to finance for the small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs).However,there exists many problems and bottlenecks for expanding its business scope,including the unbalanced development of supply chain informatization and the incapability of cross-level and penetration for the core enterprise credit,however,the deep integration of blockchain technology and supply chain technology has the potential to make a breakthrough in the bottlenecks.This paper summarizes the development status and main modes of supply chain finance,analyzes the current limitations and their causes,and builds a framework for the development system to realize the deep integration of blockchain technology and supply chain finance.The system framework is based on the value progression route of"credit enhancement-efficiency enhancement-value addition"and the development direction of"two deep integration"-deep integration of operation mode and deep integration of technology system.Finally,policy recommendations are made for the implementation of relevant safeguard initiatives.
