摘  要:近年来,国家大力发展电动汽车,国内电动汽车保有量不断增长。对于电网侧来说,不仅可以把它视为负荷,也可以将其作为可控的移动电源为电网提供服务与支持,也就是电动汽车V2G技术。该文基于电力系统调频模型,采用MATLAB/simulink仿真平台建立了电动汽车参与电网一次、二次调频模型。基于系统调频模型,模拟了电动汽车不参与V2G、参与电网一次调频和同时参与一次、二次调频三种工况。针对系统负荷突增,算例1得到了三种工况的系统频率变化规律,验证了电动汽车储能参与电网调频的有效性。算例2得到了不同数量的电动汽车参与V2G的系统频率变化曲线,定量的给出了系统波动时,电动汽车充放电功率。In recent years,the country has vigorously developed electric vehicles,and the number of domestic electric vehicles has continued to grow.For the grid side,not only can it be regarded as power load,it can also be used as controllable mobile power source to provide services and support to the grid,which is the electric vehicle’s V2G technology.Based on the power system frequency modulation model,this paper uses the MATLAB/simulink simulation platform to establish the primary and secondary frequency modulation models of electric vehicles participating in the power grid.Based on the frequency modulation model of power grid,this article simulates three working conditions,namely,the electric vehicles do not participate in V2G,participate in primary frequency modulation,and participate in both primary and secondary frequency modulation of the power grid.Aiming at the sudden increase of the system load,example 1 obtained the curves of grid frequency change in three working conditions,which verified the effectiveness of V2G.Example 2 frequency change curve of different numbers of electric vehicles participating in V2G is obtained,the charging and discharging power of electric vehicles is given quantitatively when the system fluctuates.
