摘  要:在掌握电网无功电源和无功负荷的基础上,制定无功补偿方案,做到各级电网的无功就地补偿,达到无功平衡。通过联合策略定位无功补偿设备的容量和位置,提出低压用电地区电网电压无功优化策略,实现补偿度的快速定位和电压优化,使地区电网电压控制策略能够兼顾无功补偿容量和补偿位置的协调。On the basis of mastering the reactive power supply and reactive load of the power grid,formulate the reactive power compensation scheme to achieve local reactive power compensation of power grids at all levels and achieve reactive power balance.Through the joint strategy to locate the capacity and location of reactive power compensation equipment,the voltage and reactive power optimization strategy of low-voltage power regional power grid is proposed to realize the rapid positioning of compensation degree and voltage optimization,so that the voltage control strategy of regional power grid can take into account the coordination of reactive power compensation capacity and compensation location.
