摘 要:提出一种基于大承载钢弹簧支座的多线性竖向复合隔振支座,给出了多线性竖向复合隔振支座的本构关系及构造,分析了多线性竖向复合隔振支座不同变形阶段的工作原理。结合实际工程案例,通过拟静力加载试验及有限元模拟,研究了钢弹簧支座的力学性能,提出了较大振动(如地震)下的变形控制指标,对多线性竖向复合隔振结构,进行了轨道交通振动输入下的结构动力响应分析。结果表明,多线性竖向复合隔振支座的竖向变形不超过35mm,耦合水平变形不超过15mm,钢弹簧隔振支座可基本保持弹性,当采取水平变形控制措施时,竖向变形限值可适当放松;结构采用多线性竖向复合隔振,通过合理构造实现多阶段刚度控制,满足结构抗震设防需求的同时,可以有效降低轨道交通导致的结构振动。A multi-linear vertical composite vibration isolation support based on a large load-bearing steel spring support was proposed.The constitutive relationship and structure of the multi-linear vertical composite vibration isolation support were given,and the working principle of the multi-linear vertical composite vibration isolation support at different deformation stages was analyzed.Combined with actual engineering cases,through pseudo-static loading tests and finite element simulations,the mechanical properties of steel spring bearings were studied,and the deformation control index under large vibrations(such as earthquakes)was proposed.The dynamic response analysis of the structure under the vibration input of rail transit was carried out on the multi-linear vertical composite vibration isolation structure.The results show that the vertical deformation of the multi-linear vertical composite vibration isolation support does not exceed 35mm,and the coupling horizontal deformation does not exceed 15mm.The steel spring vibration isolation support can basically maintain elasticity.When the horizontal deformation control measures are adopted,the vertical deformation limit can be appropriately relaxed.The structure adopts multi-linear vertical composite vibration isolation and achieves multi-stage stiffness control through reasonable structure,which can effectively reduce the structural vibration caused by rail traffic while meeting the requirements of seismic fortification of the structure.
