摘　　要：目的探讨离退休住院老干部衰弱现况,明确衰弱发生的影响因素。方法选取我院的离退休住院老干部476例作为研究对象。运用一般情况表、Barthel指数、老年衰弱功能自评量表、简易机体功能评价、计时起立行走测试及洼田饮水试验进行调查测试,运用Fried衰弱模型进行衰弱筛查。结果共获得有效结果441份,其中衰弱期44例(9.97%),衰弱前期278例(63.05%),无衰弱119例(26.98%)。有序Logistic回归分析结果显示:高龄、握力体质量指数、简易机体功能评价分级、吞咽障碍程度、自觉躯体持续慢性疼痛为离退休住院老干部衰弱发生的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论离退休住院老干部衰弱前期发生率高,应加强该人群衰弱的评估筛查,从危险因素着手,开展“身心一体化”衰弱前期综合康复,以延缓衰弱进程,降低衰弱发生率。Objective To explore the current situation of the infirmity and identify the influencing factors of elderly military inpatients,in order to provide support for the rehabilitation strategies.Methods 476 elderly inpatients in a top three military hospital were selected as the research objects by convenient sampling method.The general situation table,ADL,self-assessment questionnaire,SPPB,TUG and water swallow test were used to investigate and test,and Fried infirmity model was used to screen infirmity.Results 441 effective results were obtained,including 44(9.97%)in the weak period,278(63.05%)in the early stage and 119(26.98%)in the non weak period.The results of ordered logistic regression analysis showed that the elderly,grip strength body mass index,SPPB grade,degree of dysphagia and chronic pain of body consciously were the influencing factors of the infirmity of elderly military inpatients(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion The incidence of elderly military inpatients in the early stage of infirmity is high.We should strengthen the evaluation and screening of elderly military inpatients in the early stage of infirmity,and carry out"integration of body and mind"comprehensive rehabilitation,so as to delay the process of infirmity and reduce the incidence of infirmity.
