摘　　要：针对电气试验仪器管理中存在的问题,开发了试验仪器精益化管理系统。系统采用B/S网络体系,按照J2EE架构进行分层设计,选择MySQL数据库来实现;系统包括生产管理、使用管理、维护管理和检定管理4个主要功能模块。应用表明该系统实现了电气试验仪器精益化管理,提高了人员的工作效率。The lean management system for electrical test instruments is developed in allusion to the problems in electrical test instrument management. Adopting the B/S network system,the system is designed in layers on the basis of J2 EE framework and achieved by the MySQL database;The system includes 4 main function modules:production management,using management,maintenance management and verification management. The application indicates that the system could achieve lean management for electrical test instruments and improve the efficiency of personnel.
