摘　　要：伴随事业单位改革的推进,财务管理模式的转变和"过紧日子"要求的提出,农业事业单位财务工作面临着新的挑战。本文分析了新形势下财务管理存在的主要问题,从财务管理创新的视角,探索对策措施,创新财务管理模式,加快财务管理信息化建设,加强财务管理队伍建设等,以期提升财务管理服务水平和保障能力,促进农业事业单位健康发展。With the advancement of the reform of public institutions, the transformation of financial management mode, the implementation of“lead a thrifty life”, and etc., the financial work of agricultural institutions is facing new challenges. This paper analyzed main problems of the financial management under the new situation, explored countermeasures from the perspective of financial management innovation,including innovating financial management mode, establishing and improving internal control procedures,enhancing the implementation of the financial system, strengthening the construction of financial management team, so as to improve the service level and guarantee the ability of financial management, and promote the healthy development of agricultural public institutions.
