2019年重庆市沙坪坝区糖尿病患病情况及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解重庆市沙坪坝区居民糖尿病患病情况及其影响因素,为开展糖尿病预防控制工作提供建议。方法2019年采用分层多阶段随机抽样方法抽取重庆市沙坪坝区15岁及以上常住居民,开展慢性病及其危险因素调查,包括问卷调查、体格检查和实验室检测。采用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计分析,χ^(2)检验与多因素Logistic回归分析糖尿病影响因素。结果共调查15岁及以上居民1800人,糖尿病患病率为12.9%,标化患病率为11.3%。其中,男性患病率高于女性(χ^(2)=5.353,P<0.05);患病率随着年龄增长而呈上升趋势(χ_(趋势)^(2)=149.89,P<0.01)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,年龄(OR=1.53,95%CI:1.38~1.68)、向心性肥胖(OR=1.60,95%CI:1.17~2.20)、高血压(OR=1.81,95%CI:1.31~2.51)、血脂异常(OR=2.20,95%CI:1.62~3.00)及糖尿病家族史(OR=1.84,95%CI:1.27~2.66)均为糖尿病的影响因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论沙坪坝区居民糖尿病患病率处于较高水平,应当针对影响因素开展综合干预措施,以控制糖尿病发生与发展。Objective To investigate the prevalence of diabetes and its influencing factors in Shapingba district of Chongqing city,and to provide suggestions for the development of diabetes prevention and control.Methods The stratified multi-stage cluster sampling method was used to select residents(≥15 years old)in Shapingba district.The chronic diseases and risk factors investigation was performed with questionnaire,physical examination and laboratory tests.SPSS 19.0 software was used for statistical analysis,chi-square test and multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of diabetes.Results A total of 1800 residents(≥15 years old)were investigated.The prevalence of diabetes was 12.9%,and the standardized prevalence rate was 11.3%.Among them,the prevalence of males was higher than that of females(χ^(2)=5.353,P<0.05);the prevalence increased with age(χ^(2)=149.89,P<0.01).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age(OR=1.53,95%CI:1.38~1.68),central obesity(OR=1.60,95%CI:1.17~2.20),hypertension(OR=1.81,95%CI:1.31~2.51),dyslipidemia(OR=2.20,95%CI:1.62~3.00)and family history of diabetes(OR=1.84,95%CI:1.27~2.66)were all influencing factors of diabetes,with statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion The prevalence of diabetes in Shapingba district is at a relatively high level,and comprehensive intervention measures should be carried out for the influencing factors to control the occurrence and development of diabetes.
