摘 要:混合动力汽车动力电池箱的结构安全性对整车安全可靠性至关重要。为了满足电池箱在工作过程中的安全性和可靠性要求,以某款混合动力汽车的电池箱为例,利用有限元分析方法对电池箱在典型汽车行驶工况下的静力学特性进行了仿真;根据国家标准GB/T31476.3—2015中的电池箱安全性测试方法,进行模拟碰撞仿真;为了验证汽车行驶过程中电池箱是否会产生共振,对电池箱进行模态分析。得出电池箱不会出现破损失效,但有可能产生共振的结果。根据以上分析的结果,对电池箱盖进行了结构优化和验证,使其在满足结构强度的条件下,具有良好抗震性能。The structural safety of the power battery pack of hybrid electric vehicles is quite important to the safety and reliability of the whole vehicle.In order to meet the safety and reliability of the battery pack in the working process,based on a battery pack of a hybrid electric vehicle,the static characteristics of the battery pack under various typical vehicle driving conditions were simulated and analyzed using the finite element analysis method.According to the battery pack safety test method in the national standard GB/T 31476.3—2015,a collision simulation was carried out.To verify whether the battery pack would resonate during the vehicle driving process,the modal analysis was carried out.It is concluded that the battery box will not be damaged,but it may produce sympathetic vibration.On the basis of the above analysis results,the upper cover of the battery pack was optimized and verified.The optimized battery pack has good seismic performance under the condition of meeting the structural strength.
