基于遥感和地理信息的武汉市土地利用变化及驱动力分析

摘　　要：土地利用变化驱动力和土地利用规划密不可分,将两者结合研究,可以为区域规划提供更加科学准确的依据。将GIS和RS两种技术手段结合,基于武汉市四期遥感影像数据,通过计算土地利用动态度指数和土地利用程度指数建立土地利用变化综合指数模型。基于模型采用常规曲线拟合、灰色关联度分析法以及主成分分析法研究武汉市土地利用变化驱动力,得出以下结论:1)在研究期内,武汉市土地利用程度指数总体属于中上水平,且一直处于缓慢上升状态;2)武汉市土地利用变化驱动力为常住人口、工业总产值、社会固定资产投资、社会消费品零售额总额、建筑业总产值、高新技术产业产值、建成区绿化覆盖率和农林牧渔业总产值;3)武汉市土地利用规划需着重考虑产业结构升级、人口结构优化和生态环境保护3个方面。Driving forces of land use change and land use planning are inseparable,the combination of the two can provide a more scientific and accurate basis for regional planning.Based on the 4 remote sensing images of Wuhan city,comprehensive index model of land use change is established by calculating dynamic attitude index and land use degree index.Based on the model,the routine curve fitting method,grey correlation analysis and principal component analysis are used to analyze the driving forces of land use change in Wuhan.Conclusion is as follows:1)During the study period,the land use index of Wuhan city generally belongs to the upper middle level and has been in a state of slow rise.2)The driving forces of land use change in Wuhan are permanent resident population,gross industrial output value,social fixed asset investment,total retail sales of social consumer goods,total output value of construction industry,output value of high-tech industry,green coverage rate of built-up area and gross output value of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery.3)The land use planning of Wuhan should consider three aspects:industrial structure upgrade,population structure optimization and ecological environment protection.
