摘  要:涡流探伤仪性能的稳定性直接影响到检测结果的准确性,所以对其开展定期校准工作显得尤为重要,但对于最大检测灵敏度这一指标,目前国内还没有相关校准标准。本文对标准信号源法校准最大检测灵敏度的具体方法进行了细化,并在具体实践中如何提升测量准确度进行了探讨。在不确定度评定方面,由于测量模型具有明显非线性,本文通过线性转换,省去大量繁琐计算,使计算过程更加简洁。The performance stability of eddy current flaw detector directly affects the accuracy of detection results,so it is more and more important to carry out regular calibration work.However,there is no relevant calibration standard for the maximum detection sensitivity in China.In this paper,the specific method of calibrating the maximum detection sensitivity by standard signal source method is detailed,and how to improve the measurement accuracy in the specific practice is discussed,in the aspect of uncertainty evaluation,because the measurement model has obvious nonlinearity,this paper saves a lot of tedious calculation through linear transformation,which makes the calculation process more concise.
