基于精明收缩视角的温岭市乡村居民点空间优化研究

摘　　要：随着城镇化进程的不断推进,乡村收缩发展成为必然。基于精明收缩的视角,以温岭市为例,从自然、区位、基础设施和社会经济4个维度来构建乡村居民点综合发展潜力评价指标体系,并进行乡村居民点发展潜力等级划分,然后运用核密度分析和加权Voronoi图等GIS空间分析技术,确定乡村居民点的优化集聚方向在此基础上,对重点集聚型、内部整理型、拆迁合并型和特色保护型4类乡村居民点提出了不同的空间优化模式与策略,最终实现空间的“精明收缩”As the urbanization process continues to advance,the shrinking development of the countryside becomes inevitable.Based on the perspective of"shrink smart",taking Wenling city as an example,the comprehensive development potential evaluation index system of rural settlements is constructed from the four dimensions of nature,location,infrastructure and socioeconomics,and the development potential and grade of rural settlements are divided.Then GIS spatial analysis techniques such as kernel density analysis and weighted Voronoi diagram are used to determine the optimal agglomeration direction of rural residential areas.On this basis,different spatial optimization models and strategies are proposed for the four types of rural settlements,namely,key agglomeration type,internal consolidation type,demolition and merger type,and characteristic protection type,and finally the"shrink smart"of space is realized.
