摘　　要：为揭示福建省经济、人口、土地的协调关系现状,文章遵循分类比较思路,利用统计年鉴及土地出让资料,对2013-2017年经济、人口、土地3个维度的增量和增速数据开展分层聚类分析,将67个县市归并为人口扩张引领型县市、经济扩张引领型县市、土地扩张引领型县市3个大类,然后根据3个维度的引领程度强弱将所有县市进一步划分为7个细类研究重点探讨了各类县市在经济、人口、用地扩张过程中的协调关系与主要特征,进而提出了建立建设用地指标动态管控制度、在省域内开展城乡建设用地增减挂钩试点等政策建议,以促进各要素的自由流动、协调发展和高效使用。In order to reveal the status quo of economic, population and land coordination in Fujian province, this paper follows the classification and comparison ideas, and uses the statistical yearbook and land transfer data to carry out the increment and growth data of the three dimensions of economy,population and land from 2013 to 2017. Based on the hierarchical cluster analysis, the 67 counties and cities are merged into three categories: population expansion-leading counties and cities, economic expansionleading counties and cities, and land expansion-leading counties and cities. The counties and cities are further divided into 7 sub-categories. The research focused on exploring the coordination relationship and main characteristics of various counties and cities in the process of economic, population, and land expansion, and then proposed policy recommendations such as establishing a dynamic management control system for construction land indicators, and launching a pilot program for linking urban and rural construction land in the province to promote the free flow, coordinated development and efficient use of various elements.
