摘  要:C/C复合材料由于具有优异的高温性能及抗烧蚀性能被广泛应用于航空航天领域,由于该材料的抗烧蚀性能直接影响到其作为服役构件的性能和效率,使材料的烧蚀行为研究成为近几年研究的重点。笔者综述了C/C复合材料在不同烧蚀测试条件下的烧蚀行为,从热化学烧蚀与机械剥蚀两方面分析了C/C复合材料的烧蚀机制,并总结了碳纤维、预制体、材料密度、孔隙及基体碳对抗烧蚀性能的影响规律。后续研究的重点可从性能影响因素着手,进行结构设计与制备工艺的优化,进一步提升C/C复合材料的抗烧蚀性能。Carbon fiber reinforced carbon matrix(C/C)composite,with excellent high-temperature mechanical and ablation-resistance performance,is widely applied in area of aviation and aerospace.Because ablation-resistance performance affect efficiency of component which consist of materials,study of ablation behavior become the research emphasis of C/C composite.In this paper,different ablation behavior in different ablation test condition was reviewed,and ablation mechanism was explored from thermal-chemical ablation and mechanical erosion meanwhile.Rules that effect of carbon fiber,preform,density of material,porosity,carbon matrix on ablation-resistance of C/C composite was summarized.Structure designing and process optimization need to do with influence factor to increase the ablation-resistance of C/C composite in the future.
