摘  要:以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)/聚氧化丙烯二醇(PPG)/3,3’-二氯-4,4’-二氨基二苯基甲烷(MOCA)为原料,常温混合,80℃固化,研究了新型环保催化剂CUCAT-DG01对聚氨酯弹性体物理性能的影响,并与有机汞等催化剂进行了对比。结果表明:用CUCAT-DG01作催化剂,TDI/PPG/MOCA低温固化体系对水分不敏感,几乎不发泡,适用期长而后期固化快;CUCAT-DG01具有良好的操作性与制品性能,可完全替代有机汞催化剂。Using toluene diisocyanate(TDI)/polypropylene glycol(PPG)/3,3’-dichloro-4,4’-diaminodiphenylmethane(MOCA)as raw materials,mixing at ambient temperature and curing at 80℃,the influence of the novel eco-friendly catalyst CUCAT-DG01 on the physical performance of polyurethane elastomer was investigated,and compared with the organomercury catalyst,etc.The results show that:using CUCAT-DG01 as the catalyst,the TDI/PPG/MOCA low temperature curing system is insensitive to moisture and hardly foaming,and has long pot life and fast post-curing;CUCAT-DG01 has good operability and product performance,and can completely replace the organomercury catalyst.
