摘  要:合成和表征了具有较低的玻璃化转变温度和黏度、能量适中、增塑性能优异的2,2-二硝基丙醇正己酸酯(A6增塑剂)。其与常用的端羟基四氢呋喃-环氧乙烷共聚醚(PET)、聚乙二醇(PEG)、3,3-双(叠氮甲基)环氧丁烷-四氢呋喃共聚醚(PBT)、聚叠氮缩水甘油醚(GAP)、聚四氢呋喃和聚乙二醇嵌段共聚醚(HTPE)等黏合剂相容性较好,可用于改善炸药和推进剂的低温力学性能;可与双(2,2-二硝基丙基)缩甲醛/缩乙醛(BDNPF/A)复配使用,获得综合性能较优的炸药和推进剂配方。The 2,2-dinitropropanol n-hexanoate(A6 plasticizer)with low glass transition temperature and viscosity,suitable energy and excellent plasticizing performance was synthesized and characterized.It has good compatibility with common binders including hydroxyl-terminated tetrahydrofuran-ethylene oxide copolyether(PET),polyethylene glycol(PEG),3,3-bis(azidomethyl)oxetane-tetrafuran copolyether(PBT),polyglycidyl azido polyether(GAP),polytetrahydrofuran and polyethylene glycol block copolyether(HTPE)and so on.Therefore,it can be used to improve the low temperature mechanical performance of explosives and propellants,and can use compounding with bis(2,2-dinitropropyl)formal/acetal(BDNPF/A),so as to obtain the explosive and propellant formulations with better comprehensive performance.
