摘  要:棒束结构中相态分布特性的转变往往会引起两相流动阻力特性、传热特性、临界热流密度特性的变化,是两相流动与传热的决定性因素。为探究核反应堆堆芯相态分布特性,本文改进传统的电导探针制作工艺,并用改进的电导探针进行5×5格架棒束相态分布特性实验。实验证明,改进后的电导探针可以测量更广的工况范围且有更高的精度,并获得5×5棒束通道内子通道全局空泡特性及局部空泡特性等相态分布数据,为优化相关模型奠定数据基础。The transformation of the phase distribution characteristics in the rod bundle often causes changes in two-phase flow resistance characteristics,heat transfer characteristics,and critical heat flux characteristics,which are the key factors for the two-phase flow and heat transfer.In order to investigate the phase distribution characteristics in nuclear reactor core,after improving the conductivity probe fabrication technology,the new probe was used to carry out the phase distribution characteristics experiment in a 5×5 rod bundle test section.It was found in the experiment that the improved conductance probe could be used to obtain a wider range of working conditions with higher accuracy.The global and local void fraction characteristics of the sub-channels in the 5×5 rod bundle channel were also obtained,which laid the data basis for the future optimization of the related models.
