摘 要:有机发光显示器(OLED)具有全固态、主动发光、高对比度、无视角限制、响应速度快、柔性大面积、功耗低等诸多优点,在照明领域具有良好的应用前景。本文全面综述了OLED显示器和材料的国内外发展现状、国际重大突破性和颠覆性技术,以及我国OLED材料可能形成的产业及其发展重点、目前存在的问题等,并对我国在该领域的发展提出建议。Organic Light-Emitting Display(OLED)have been the tremendous potential technology for display and illumination application.Their good application prospect in the both the field of lighting and display can be attributed to the merits of solid state active luminescence,high colour contrast,low power consumption,wide viewing angle,fast response,flexibility,wide operating temperature range,and large area.This contribution introduced the current development and the existent issues of OLED especially in the aspects of device contruction and the related materials.The development status of OLED materials at home and abroadwas discussed in detail.Meanwhile,major internationally breakthrough and disruptive technologiesrelated to OLED were introduced.Finally,the development proposal of OLED industry for our country was put forward.
