摘　　要：螺旋轴是螺旋混凝土布料机的关键部件,对螺旋轴进行传统设计,很难得到最优设计方案,同时会造成材料浪费。应用SolidWorks软件对螺旋混凝土布料机螺旋轴进行有限元分析和结构优化,实现了螺旋混凝土布料机的轻量化,并且使螺旋轴结构更为合理。The spiral shaft is a key component of the spiral concrete distributor.The traditional design of the spiral shaft is difficult to obtain the optimal design plan,and at the same time it causes material waste.SolidWorks software was used to carry out finite element analysis and structural optimization of the spiral shaft of the spiral concrete distributor,which realized the lightweight design of the spiral concrete distributor and made the structure of the spiral shaft more reasonable.
