摘  要:针对节气门阀体刻码质量不高、刻码机激光束聚焦点易伤害操作人员且损坏扫码枪、刻码时产生废气污染环境等问题,对用于节气门阀体的激光刻码扫码机的机构进行了研究。在研究中,分析了激光刻码扫码机的旋转夹紧装置、活动密封挡板组件、半密封箱、刻码扫码装置。进行了样机研制与测试。激光刻码扫码机工作可靠,能够自动对节气门阀体进行刻码扫码,刻码质量高,可以有效避免激光束伤害操作人员,减少废气对环境的污染,具有推广价值。Aiming at the problems such as low quality of the engraved code on the throttle valve body,the laser beam focusing point of the engraving machine hurts the operator and damages the scanning gun,the exhaust gas pollutes the environment when engraving,etc.,the mechanism of the laser engraving and scanning machine used for the throttle valve body was investigated.Under investigation,the rotary clamping device,movable sealing baffle assembly,semi-sealed box,and code engraving&scanning device were analyzed.The prototype was developed and tested.The laser engraving and scanning machine is reliable and can automatically engrave and scan the code on the throttle valve body.The engraving quality is high,which can effectively prevent the laser beam from harming the operator,reduce the pollution of the exhaust gas to the environment,and has promotion value.
