摘  要:针对硫化机热板加热问题,基于电磁感应加热对硫化机热板的温度场进行了分析。在分析中,采用六种不同方案对硫化机热板喷涂涂层,并对硫化机热板进行电磁感应加热。通过分析,得到硫化机热板目标面温度对保温电流的影响,基于温度不均匀因数对硫化机热板目标面温度的均匀性进行评估。分析表明,六种喷涂方案中仿线圈形状喷涂为最优方案。基于仿线圈形状喷涂方案,通过正交试验法分析加热频率、线圈与喷涂层距离、加热电流对硫化机热板目标面温差的影响,进而得到最优参数组合。In view of the heating of hot plate of the vulcanizer,the temperature field of hot plate of the vulcanizer was analyzed based on electromagnetic induction heating.In the analysis,six different schemes were used to spray the coating on the hot plate of the vulcanizer,and heat the hot plate of the vulcanizer by electromagnetic induction.Through the analysis,the influence of the target surface temperature of hot plate of the vulcanizer on the insulation current was obtained,and the uniformity of the target surface temperature of hot plate of the vulcanizer was evaluated based on the temperature non-uniform factor.The analysis shows that the coil shape spraying is the best one among the six spraying schemes.Based on the coil shape spraying scheme,the influence of the heating frequency,the distance between the coil and the sprayed layer,and the heating current on the temperature difference of the target surface of hot plate of the vulcanizer was analyzed by orthogonal experiment.
