摘 要:采用氯化聚丙烯(CPP)作为增韧剂对环氧胶进行增韧改性,探究了CPP的氯含量和用量对环氧胶的机械性能、热性质、电绝缘性以及吸水性的影响。研究结果表明:当CPP(氯含量为24%)的质量添加量从0份增加至15份时,环氧胶的断裂伸长率、冲击强度和T型剥离强度分别从6.0%、13.3 kJ/m^(2)和0.11 kN/m提高至32.6%、46.8 kJ/m^(2)和1.20 kN/m;添加CPP可在一定程度上降低环氧胶的初始分解温度,但仍使其具有较好的热稳定性,可适应大多数使用温度;同时,CPP的添加未影响环氧胶的电绝缘性和吸水性。Chlorinated polypropylene(CPP)was used as toughening agent to toughen epoxy adhesive,and the effects of chlorine content and dosage of CPP on the mechanical properties,thermal properties,electrical insulation and water absorption of epoxy adhesive were investigated.The research results showed that with the mass addition of CPP(chlorine content 24%)increased from 0 to 15 phr,the elongation at break,impact strength and T-peel strength of epoxy adhesive increased from 6.0%,13.3 kJ/m^(2) and 0.11 kN/m to 32.6%,46.8 kJ/m^(2) and1.20 kN/m,respectively.The addition of CPP could reduce the initial decomposition temperature of epoxy adhesive to a certain extent,but it still had good thermal stability and could adapt to most service temperatures.Meanwhile,the addition of CPP did not affect the electrical insulation and water absorption of epoxy adhesive.
