摘　　要：文中阐述了旅游区规划的三个基本特点,并以长泰县马洋溪生态旅游区为例,从国土空间规划的角度指出了旅游区规划建设管理存在的问题,提出了一系列的对策,以供参考。This paper expounds the three basic characteristics of tourism area planning,and points out the existing problems of tourism area planning and construction management from the perspective of territorial space planning by taking Mayangxi ecological tourism area in Changtai county as an example,and puts forward a series of countermeasures for reference.
