摘　　要：文中首先阐述了现代老年人设计现状,接着分析了适老化建筑的设计原则及特点,最后针对当前适老化建筑设计存在的问题给出了一些建议。This paper first expounds the current situation of modern elderly design,then analyzes the design principles and characteristics of aging buildings,and finally gives some suggestions for the problems existing in the current aging building design.
