摘  要:铸铁闸门螺杆弯曲是小型水闸工程中一个常见的问题,严重影响着闸门的正常启闭。为了解决门板重量轻的问题,文章创新性的提出了"零闭门力控制法",并重点对其进行了论述和分析,采用试算法给出了常见规格闸门的最小门板重量成果表,还给出了螺杆直径的计算公式,供设计人员参考。对于开敞式铸铁闸门,门板重量随着闸门尺寸的增加而增加,最大闭门力对应的下游水深随闸门高度增加而增加,但其比值在不断减小。对于潜孔式铸铁闸门,门板重量随着闸门尺寸和上游堰上水深的增加而增加,当闸门尺寸确定时,最大闭门力对应的下游水深随上游水深的增加而增加,且其比值也随之增加。The screw bending of cast iron gate is a common problem in small sluice engineering,which seriously affects the normal opening and closing of the gate.In order to solve the problem of light weight of door panel,Zero Closing Force Control Method is innovatively put forward in this paper,and discussion and analysis are performed.By using trial algorithm,the minimum weight table of door plate of common gate specifications is given,and the calculation formula of screw diameter is also given for designers’reference.For the open cast iron gate,the weight of the door plate increases with the increase of the gate size,and the downstream water depth corresponding to the maximum closing force increases with the increase of the gate height.However,its ratio decreases continuously.For the submerged cast iron gate,the weight of the door plate increases with the increase of the gate size and the water depth above the upstream weir.When the gate size is fixed,the downstream water depth corresponding to the maximum closing force increases with the increase of the water depth above the upstream,and its ratio also increases.
