摘 要:洞庭湖区堤防工程分布范围极广,涉及地质情况十分复杂、湖区高洪水位差、广泛分布的砂性土层以及堤后薄弱区域的存在等为二元地基管涌险情提供了必要的条件,对堤防工程安全构成了严重威胁。基于二元堤基管涌的隐蔽性、多发性和危害性,结合工程实例,总结提出采用工程措施与非工程措施相结合的方式,进一步提升堤基管涌险情发现与控制的能力,为湖区堤防安全和促进经济社会稳定持续发展提供保障。The dike project in Dongting Lake area is widely distributes widely and involves very complicated geological situation. The high flood level difference, the widely distributed sandy soil layer and the existence of weak area behind the dike provide necessary conditions for the risk of dual foundation piping, which poses a serious threat to the safety of the dike engineering. Based on the concealment, frequency and danger of piping, a combination of engineering measures and non-engineering measures is proposed combined with engineering examples to further improve the ability of finding and controlling the risk of dual foundation piping, and to provide guarantee for the safety of dike in the lake area and the promotion of the stable and sustainable development of economy and society.
