摘　　要：随着现代化工程管理理念的提升,项目班组标准化逐渐成为工程管理的重点。文章详细讨论了项目班组创建的意义、步骤以及主要实施内容,包括驻地及大临设施的建设、6S管理和班组标准化。班组标准化精品工程需要从管理、制度、人员方面全方面着手,既要从全局统筹考虑,也要落实到每日的执行,要将"匠人精神"融入施工过程与行为习惯中。文章结合实际论述了水利水电工程项目班组标准化精品工程的创建,对水利水电工程企业创优具有借鉴与指导作用。With the promotion of management concept for modern engineering management concept,the standardization of project teams has gradually become the focus of engineering management.The significance,steps,and main implementation contents of creation of project team,including station and facilities construction,6 S management,and project team standardization are elaborated in this article.Quality projects of project team standardization needs consider from management,institutions,and personnel.It should not only consider the overall situation,but also implement the daily implementation.Also,the spirit of craftsmanship should be integrated into the construction process and behavior habits.This article discussed the significance of quality projects of project team standardization for water conservancy projects,which can be used for reference and guidance for water conservancy and hydraulic project enterprises.
