摘  要:印度是全球不容忽视的重要新兴经济体和发展中大国,却因其深远的历史因素和复杂的社会构成,至今仍存在种姓这一社会等级现象。印度共和国成立后,种姓制度被依法废止,但种姓因素依然沿袭进了当下社会肌理中,并顽强地发挥作用。宝莱坞被认为忽视了达利特人(即"贱民"),但印度电影人一直在以作品观照达利特人所遭受的前现代处境,虽然数量不多。这些影片用镜头语言对种姓问题加以批判,发挥着时代和国家的平衡器作用,在镜语中传递美学的正义,促进这一问题的改善。India is an important emerging economy and large developing country that can not be ignored in the world,but because of its historical factors and complex social composition,caste is still present as a social hierarchy.Although the caste system was repealed by legislation after the founding of India,the caste factor still plays a tenacious role in the current social texture.Although the number is so small that Bollywood is considered to ignore the Dalits,Indian filmmakers have been looking at the pre-modern situation that the Dalits suffered,criticizing caste issues in cinematic language,playing the role of the balancer of the times and the state,conveying aesthetic justice in the cinematic language,and promoting the good development of the problem.
