摘  要:脓毒症作为一个世界性的难题,目前虽然经历许多相关研究及动物实验,其致死率仍旧居高不下。在脓毒症早期病原菌侵入机体后,机体产生的免疫反应促使一系列的细胞因子的合成与分泌,其中有促进炎症反应的促炎细胞因子,也有抑制炎症反应的抗炎细胞因子,这些细胞因子在错综复杂的细胞网格中相互作用及动态平衡,共同抵御和消灭入侵者后恢复机体稳态。抗炎细胞因子在其中扮演着重要的角色,其作用于特定的免疫细胞或免疫调节受体,在消除入侵者后及时限制持续或过度的炎症反应,降低甚至阻断促炎细胞因子活性,促进愈合,以恢复机体正常的免疫生理水平。该文对抗炎细胞因子在脓毒症中的相关研究进行综述。Sepsis is a worldwide problem.Although there are many related researchs and animal experiments about sepsis,the mortality of sepsis is still high.In the early stage of sepsis,after the pathogenic bacteria invade the body,the immune response produced by the body promotes the synthesis and secretion of a series of cytokines.Among them,there are proinflammatory cytokines that promote inflammatory response and anti-inflammatory cytokines that inhibit inflammatory response.These cytokines interact with each other and maintain a dynamic balance in complex cell grid.This is to restore the steady state of the body after resisting and eliminating the invaders.Anti-inflammatory cytokines play an important role in it.They act on specific immune cells or immune regulatory receptors.Anti-inflammatory cytokines limit persistent or excessive inflammatory responses after killing invaders,and reduce or block proinflammatory cytokine activities.These anti-inflammatory cytokines also can heal body to restore the normal immune physiological level of the organism.This article will review the related research of anti-inflammatory cytokines in sepsis.
