摘 要:此处针对传统Weinberg拓扑开关管应力大、整流二极管反向电压尖峰大的问题,在传统Weinberg拓扑基础上,添加辅助电感、辅助电容、二极管实现金属氧化物半导体场效应管(MOSFET)零电压开通、二极管零电流关断,提出一种新型航天用Weinberg软开关变换器。详细分析了该软开关变换器工作原理,搭建了一台输入电压68~79 V,输出电压102~103 V,额定输出功率1000 W,开关频率50 kHz的原理样机。实验表明,该变换器可以有效降低MOSFET电应力,在额定工况下,将其MOSFET开通时4 A电流尖峰降低至零,降低整流二极管反向电压尖峰,将其反向电压尖峰从135 V减小至10 V,减小母线电压纹波,有效提高电源可靠性,验证了Weinberg软开关拓扑理论的正确性。The traditional Weinberg topology switch tube stress is large and the reverse voltage spike of the rectifier diode is large.Based on the traditional Weinberg topology,auxiliary inductors,auxiliary capacitors,and diodes are added to achieve zero voltage turn-on of metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor(MOSFET)and zero current turn-off of diodes.A new Weinberg soft-switching converter for aerospace is proposed.First,the working principle of the soft switching converter is analyzed in detail.A principle prototype with an input voltage of 68~79 V,an output voltage of 102~103 V,a rated output power of 1000 W,and a switching frequency of 50 kHz is built to verify the correctness of the soft-switching topology theory.Experiments show that the converter can effectively reduce the electrical stress of the MOSFET tube.Under rated conditions,the 4 A current spike when the MOSFET is turned on is reduced to zero,the reverse voltage spike of the rectifier diode is reduced,and the reverse voltage spike is reduced from 135 V to 10 V,the bus voltage ripple is reduced and the reliability of the power supply is effectively improved,the correctness of Weinberg soft-switching topology theory is verified.
