摘  要:针对不间断电源(UPS)充电电路中由于母线电容的存在,并网会存在较大的启动冲击电流问题,提出了一种抑制启动冲击电流控制策略。通过在并网前对母线电容进行预充电的方式,实现充电启动过程中无电流冲击,相较于传统跨接预充电电阻的方案,该方法降低了系统成本,提高了可靠性。首先介绍了UPS充电电路,分析了UPS充电启动过程中冲击电流产生的原因,建立了其数学模型,并对冲击电流和电容浪涌电压进行分析;然后对启动控制过程进行详细分析;最后搭建UPS充电电路硬件平台。仿真和实验验证了所提充电启动控制策略的可行性。In the uninterruptible power supply(UPS)charging circuit,due to the existence of the bus capacitor,there will be a large starting inrush current problem when the UPS is connected to the grid.A start-up control strategy is proposed.By pre charging the bus capacitor before grid connection,there is no current impact during the charging startup process.Compared with the traditional solution of connecting pre-charge resistors,this method reduces the system cost and increases the reliability.Firstly the UPS charging circuit is introduced,the cause of the inrush current during the UPS charging and start-up process is analyzed,its mathematical model is established,the impulse current and capacitor surge voltage are analyzed,and then the starting control process is analyzed in detail.Finally the UPS charging circuit is set up.Simulation and experimental results verify the feasibility of the proposed charging start control strategy.
