摘　　要：伪狂犬病毒(Pseudorabies Virus,PRV)属于α-疱疹病毒亚科,能够在猪体内建立并维持终身潜伏感染状态。潜伏感染的定期重新激活或间歇性活性循环给PRV疫病防控和净化带来巨大困难,给养猪业造成严重的经济损失。随着对α-疱疹病毒致病机制和潜伏感染机制的深入研究,近年来关于PRV潜伏感染相关转录本(Latencyassociated transcripts,LATs)研究增多,但由于病毒潜伏和激活过程涉及复杂的病毒与宿主相互作用关系,很多潜伏感染具体机制仍然不明确。因此本文重点讨论了近年来PRV潜伏感染相关病毒因子的研究进展,对PRV LAT的功能和其在潜伏感染中可能涉及的分子机制进行梳理;同时α-疱疹病毒各成员之间显著的同源性也为PRV潜伏感染和启动再激活因素的探究提供了新见解,以期为深入研究宿主抗PRV潜伏感染提供参考。Pseudorabies Virus(PRV)belongs to the α-herpesvirus subfamily,which can establish and maintain a lifelong latent infection in pigs. The regular reactivation of latent infections or intermittent active cycles have brought great difficulties to the prevention,control and purification of the PRV epidemic,and caused serious economic losses to the pig industry. With the in-depth study of the pathogenic mechanism and latent infection mechanism of the alpha-herpes virus,there has been an increase in the research on PRV latency-associated transcripts(LATs)in recent years. But because the latent and activation process of the virus involves complex viruses and the host interaction relationship,the specific mechanism of many latent infections is still unclear.Therefore,this article focuses on the research progress of PRV latent infection-related viral factors in recent years,and combs the functions of PRV LAT and the molecular mechanisms that may be involved in latent infection. At the same time,the significant homology among the members of α-herpesvirus also provides new insights for the exploration of PRV latent infection and primal reactivation factors,so as to provide reference for the in-depth study of host resistance to PRV latent infection.
