摘　　要：牙周炎是由菌斑微生物所引起的感染性疾病,但其发生发展还受其它如宿主免疫炎症反应、外界环境因素等的调控,各因素之间相互协同或相互拮抗。近年来随着对牙周炎的进一步认识,学者们发现病毒也参与了牙周炎的发生与发展。本文就与牙周疾病相关病毒的生物学特性以及其作用机制作一综述,旨在进一步阐明牙周炎的发病机制。Periodontitis is an infectious disease caused by microorganisms. The occurrence and development of periodontitis is also regulated by the host immune response and external environmental factors,which can be synergistic or antagonistic. Recently,viruses have also been found to be involved in the development and progression of periodontitis. This article reviews the biological characteristics of periodontal-associated viruses and their mechanisms of action to further elucidate periodontitis pathogenesis.
