从教学主任角度浅谈住院医师规范化培训专业基地管理

摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)是医学毕业生成长为一名合格住院医师,进而独立行医的必经之路,专业基地建设是培训基地规范开展住院医师培训的重要保障。规范高效的专业基地除组织体系完整、制度完善、权责明确外,尚需各级管理及实施者重视教学,切实发挥有效作用,确保政策落实到位,保障工作顺利开展。教学主任作为专业基地的主要管理者和实施者,肩负着合理规划、组织实施、顺利开展,高质量完成教学任务及教学改革创新等多方面的责任与义务。作者根据内科住院医师培训专业基地的特点,从做好教学管理的管理者、实施者、开拓者,积极推动师资团队建设打造一流教学团队,构建不同教学功能小组,鼓励教学发展创新三个方面结合实际工作经验及体会与大家分享。Standardized residency training is an essential way for medical graduates to grow into qualified residents and then practice medicine independently. Professional training base construction is an important guarantee for standardized residency training. In addition to complete organizational systems, well-established policies, and clear rights and responsibilities, a standardized and efficient professional training base still requires managers and implementers at all levels to attach great importance to teaching and to play an effective role to ensure that policies are fully implemented and work is smoothly carried out. As the main manager and operator of a professional training base, a teaching director shoulders the responsibilities and obligations for planning, organizing and completing teaching tasks with high quality, and exploring teaching reform and innovation in an efficient way. Based on the features of internal medicine residency training bases, this article is to share some practical experience from three aspects: to be a good practitioner, manager and pioneer of teaching, to build a first-class teaching team with different teaching function groups,and to encourage teaching development and innovation.
