三门峡市降水量多年变化及系列代表性分析

摘  要:水资源调查评价,是开展水资源规划和水资源调配的基础和前提,是制定流域或经济社会发展规划的重要依据,其中对降水的分析评价是水资源调查评价中重要的部分。三门峡地处豫西山区,该区域的水资源丰富程度很大程度上取决于当年的降水情况。降水是分析当地水资源的重要途径,选取若干个三门峡市具有长系列观测资料的降水量代表站的降水资料,采用数理统计方法计算分析三门峡年平均降水量的多年变化,可以大概掌握三门峡地区降水的丰枯变化,连丰连枯程度等,可以为防汛抗旱,农业生产等提供一定参考。另外对不同系列长度年降水量的代表性进行分析,当样本统计参数稳定时,认为该样本的代表性较好,可以较全面地反映三门峡地区的降水情况,以此来确定最短代表系列。Investigation and evaluation of water resources is the basis and premise of carrying out planning and allocation of water resources.It is also an important basis for the planning of river basin or economic and social development.The analysis and evaluation of precipitation is an important basis of water resources investigation and evaluation.Sanmenxia is located in the mountainous area of western Henan,where the abundance of water resources is largely determined by the rainfall of the year.Precipitation is an important way to analyze the local water resources.In this paper,the precipitation data of several representative stations in Sanmenxia with long series of observations are selected,using the method of mathematical statistics to calculate and analyze the annual average precipitation in Sanmenxia,we can grasp the variation of the rainfall in Sanmenxia,and the degree of continuous abundance and continuous drought,which can provide some reference for flood control and drought relief,agricultural production,etc.In addition,the representativeness of the annual precipitation of different series length is analyzed.When the statistical parameters of the sample are stable,it is considered that the sample is well representative and can reflect the precipitation situation in Sanmenxia region in a comprehensive way,in order to determine the shortest representative series.
