摘　　要：桐柏县吴月项目区水土保持小流域治理包括工程措施和植物措施,主要为修建塘堰、坡面蓄水工程、水保林、经济林苗木投入、土坎水平梯田的土方开挖,水保林、经济林的整地、栽植和管护,封山育林的管理,蓄水池的修建,截排水沟的开挖。主要对该项目在建设管理过程中规范过程监督和主体的管理工作进行探讨。Water and soil conservation in small watershed management in Wuyue project area of Tongbai County includes engineering measures and plant measures.It mainly includes the construction of pond weir,slope storage engineering,water conservation forest,economic forest seedling input,earthwork excavation of horizontal terraced fields,water forest and economic forest preparation,planting and management,forest management,reservoir construction and excavation of drainage ditch.The standardization process supervision and main body management in the process of construction management are discussed in the article.
